Antero Ice Fishing Report: steady ice fishing action!
All South Park lakes have been getting an enormous amount of pressure and Antero is no exception! This pressure has made for a tougher bite overall, but there is action to be had! We are seeing steady action most days, the key is to keep moving until you get on traffic. Some nice brown trout, cutbows, and rainbows have been showing up too! Best action has been in 6-12 feet of water and smaller tube jigs, Eagle Claw tungsten jigs, on pink, orange, white, glow, and natural colors. Be sure to tip these presentations with a meal worm or wax worm! Here are some fish our clients have caught recently!
