Antero Ice 12-29-23
Antero Res. Antero has been fishing fantastic most days. It’s key to move around often and cycle through those baits looking for those less pressured fish. Ice is averaging 10 inches thick with 2-3 inches of hard pack on-top of that. No new pressure ridges have formed and the wind is blowing the hard pack off of some areas.
As always, be cautious on early ice, check thickness yourself, make sure to have spikes, spud bar, rope, and a throwable flotation devise. Check your own ice don’t just go because you see somebody out there.
