Taylor Res.Taylor locked up quick and grew fast. The ice is 7-12 inches. All in all, fishing has been great on a variety of colors and patterns. We’ve been catching a mixed bag of species: rainbows, lakers, and the occasional pike. The road is plowed to the marina although some days have been windy which drifts in the marina road.
As always, be cautious on early ice, check thickness yourself, make sure to have spikes, spud bar, rope, and a throwable flotation devise. Check your own ice don’t just go because you see somebody out there.
